Kairos is a young church plant, which means leadership is personal, relational, and hands-on. Our desire is to shepherd people faithfully and equip the whole church for ministry.
Pastoral Leadership
A church family led with humility and care.
Igor was born and raised in Ukraine and later moved to the United States, where God shaped his life through both challenges and blessings. Igor and Tanya moved from Washington to Florida about four years ago, and they are raising four children while helping plant Kairos Church in Sarasota.
Their family loves nature, traveling, worship, singing, meaningful conversations, and hospitality. Their desire is for their home and the church to honor Christ, welcome people genuinely, and help spiritually weary people find gospel renewal.

Alex Kondratyev
Alex serves the church through administration, systems, coordination, and practical support for ministry life.
Discipleship Pastor
Dima Dyadchenko
Dima helps strengthen discipleship rhythms, biblical formation, and care for people growing in Christ.

Ben Vakarchuk
Ben serves as an elder and helps provide shepherding care, wisdom, worship leadership, and spiritual oversight.
Kids Ministry Directors

Misha and Marina help lead Kairos Kids with a heart for safety, joy, biblical teaching, and family partnership.
Worship Leadership Team
Sergey Stolyarenko, Dan Polyezhayev, and Ben Vakarchuk
The worship team helps lead the church in songs, prayer, Scripture, and congregational worship centered on Christ.
Scheduling Director
Nephy Davis
Nephy serves the church by helping coordinate schedules, teams, volunteers, and the practical details that support Sunday ministry.
