Ministries
Grow together in Christ.
Ministries at Kairos exist to help people grow in Christ, serve one another, and live out the gospel in everyday life.
Ministry Philosophy
People,Not Programs.
We believe ministry exists to serve the spiritual health and mission of the church, which is people. The goal is not to keep people busy, but to help people worship Jesus, grow in God's Word, build meaningful relationships, serve with joy, and live on mission. Because Kairos is a young church plant, ministry is shared. Members actively serve, flexibility matters, and every believer has a meaningful role in building up the body of Christ.

Ministry is shared life.
These ministries are not separate programs competing for attention. They are simple pathways for the church family to worship, grow, care, serve, and live on mission together.
01Sunday WorshipEvery Sunday we gather to sing, pray, hear Scripture, sit under biblical preaching, celebrate communion, and encourage one another in Christ.
Sunday worship is the weekly center of our shared life. We gather around Scripture, prayer, singing, preaching, communion, and fellowship so that the whole church is formed by the gospel and sent back into everyday life with faith, courage, and love.
Serve on Sundays02Kids MinistryKairos Kids exists to partner with families by creating a safe, joyful environment where children hear the gospel, learn Scripture, and experience the love of the church.
Kairos Kids exists to partner with parents, not replace them. We want children to be safe, known, loved, and taught the gospel in age-appropriate ways while families are strengthened as part of the whole church.
Join Kids Ministry03Youth MinistryKairos Youth helps students know Jesus, love the Bible, build godly friendships, ask honest questions, and live with courage in a confusing world.
Kairos Youth helps students belong to the church now, not someday later. We want young people to know Jesus personally, love the Bible deeply, ask honest questions, build godly friendships, and live with courage in a confusing world.
Join Youth Ministry04Men's MinistryWe want to help men grow as disciples, husbands, fathers, leaders, servants, and brothers through Scripture, prayer, accountability, and shared life.
Men's Ministry creates space for men to grow as disciples, husbands, fathers, brothers, servants, and leaders. Through Scripture, prayer, honest conversation, and accountability, we want men to follow Christ with humility and strength.
Join Men's Ministry05Women's MinistryOur women's ministry exists to encourage women in Scripture, prayer, fellowship, discipleship, hospitality, and gospel-centered service.
Women's Ministry encourages women to grow in Scripture, prayer, fellowship, discipleship, hospitality, and gospel-centered service. We want women to be rooted in Christ, known in community, and equipped to serve the church and their everyday mission fields.
Join Women's Ministry06HospitalityHospitality is one way we display the welcome of Christ. We want people to be seen, greeted, helped, invited, and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Hospitality is one of the first ways people experience the welcome of Christ at Kairos. This ministry helps guests feel seen, families feel cared for, and the church become a place where people are invited from attendance into belonging.
Join Hospitality07PrayerWe want prayer to define our church culture. We pray for one another, our families, our city, our neighbors, and the spread of the gospel.
Prayer is not a side ministry at Kairos. We want prayer to shape our Sundays, homes, leaders, decisions, burdens, outreach, and care for one another because the church belongs to Jesus and depends on the Holy Spirit.
Share a Prayer Request08GroupsGroups and Bible studies help people build meaningful relationships, practice discipleship, study Scripture, and carry one another's burdens.
Groups and Bible studies help people move from attending into real relationships. These smaller communities create space for Scripture, prayer, shared meals, encouragement, accountability, discipleship, and carrying one another's burdens.

Shared Mission
Everyone contributes.
We describe church plant life as flexibility in expectations and stability in commitment. We are building together, serving together, and praying to see people find faith in Jesus Christ, be baptized as a public testimony of that faith, and join a church family that declares and displays the gospel. We are all on mission together, asking God to form a healthy church that serves Sarasota with humility, courage, and joy.
